1. Your Agreement with Us

Your agreement with River Technologies Ltd consists of the following documents:

1. These Conditions for Business Mobile Services
2. The Conditions for Communication Services
3. The Service Agreement
4. The relevant tariff for the services provided
5. Any additional conditions related to specific services

In case of conflict, these Conditions for Business Mobile Services will prevail.

2. Services and Use

2.1 Provision of Services

• Mobile services are provided using approved phones, SIMs, and network resources.
• Services are subject to network coverage and quality may vary.
• Customer information and personal data may be processed for account management, security, and marketing (subject to preferences).
• The agreement begins upon signing the order form, and our obligations start on the connection date.

2.2 Phone Number and SIM

• SIM cards remain the property of River Technologies.
• Lost or unreturned SIMs will be charged at £5.00 + VAT each.
• You must notify us if a SIM is lost or stolen; charges apply until you request a bar on the SIM.
• Phone numbers may be reallocated or changed due to regulations.
